1. Who We Are and Scope
This notice covers the current ANISIVO Clinic landing page and any direct contact initiated through email or phone. The website links to trial registration, an interest form and login on clinic.anisivo.app. Data entered in those forms is submitted on the clinic platform, not on this marketing page.
2. Data That May Be Processed on the Landing Page
Access logs, IP address, browser and device type, request time and basic security information may be processed by the website hosting infrastructure for operation and protection.
When you email or call us, we process the information you provide, such as name, email, phone number and request content, to respond and manage commercial follow-up.
Current purposes are limited to operating and securing the site, responding to enquiries, measuring service interest and preventing abuse.
3. Clinic Platform Data Processing
When activated, data may include clinic and staff details, clients and contact details, pets, appointments, veterinary records and attachments, invoices and payments, inventory and audit logs. Each party’s role, processing purposes and instructions will be defined in the service and data-processing agreements before activation.
Vercel hosts the marketing website. The clinic platform uses separate services to process its data. Contact us for service-specific hosting and processing details before submitting clinic data.
4. Processing Purposes and Legal Bases
Processing purposes are defined clearly and specifically. Applicable legal bases may include performing a contract or pre-contract steps, compliance with legal obligations, consent where required, and legitimate interests for operations and security where appropriate and not impermissibly applied to sensitive data.
5. Service Providers, Data Sharing and Transfers
Vercel hosts the marketing website and may process basic technical data and access logs to operate and protect it. Registration, interest and login links lead to the clinic platform at clinic.anisivo.app. Email, WhatsApp, payment, e-invoicing and AI services may be used when activated under the relevant configuration and agreements.
Where an activated service requires processing outside Saudi Arabia, the necessity, scope and risk are assessed; applicable legal requirements and safeguards are applied; and the privacy notice is updated to reflect actual processing.
6. Personal Data Rights
Subject to applicable law, core rights include:
- Being informed of the legal basis and purpose of processing.
- Accessing personal data and obtaining it in a clear, readable format.
- Requesting correction, completion or updating.
- Requesting destruction where the legal conditions apply.
- Withdrawing consent where consent is the processing basis.
Requests are reviewed after appropriate identity verification and answered within the statutory period, with the request and action documented.
7. Security, Retention and Incidents
Access controls, least privilege, logical isolation, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, backups and audit logging.
Data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose or legal and contractual requirements, then securely deleted or destroyed under the approved retention schedule.
Procedures are maintained to assess, contain and document data incidents and to notify the competent authority and affected data subjects when statutory reporting conditions are met.
