Your 14-day Core trial starts when your workspace is ready after email verification and account setup. No payment card is required. Configure services, prices and your team, then explore workflows with sample data. Production use and all external integrations remain disabled throughout the trial.
Do I need documents before trying Core?
You can start the isolated trial while completing your clinic checklist. Upload documents securely in the Clinic platform and track your review case number there. Missing or unreadable files need correction before production activation; uncertain checks go to human review. Approval does not enable production or restart the trial. Need help? How is SFDA medicine data used?
Registry data supports medicine lookup by name or registration number and review of available details. Registry changes are reviewed before catalog updates are applied. The veterinarian determines the prescription; search is not treatment advice or SFDA endorsement of the platform.
Does linking share the medical record?
No. Current Clinic–Mobile linking is in pilot and confirms the pet’s identity with owner approval. It does not include sharing medical records, prescriptions, reminders or marketing messages. Ask us about pilot access.
Are WhatsApp, ZATCA and collections available immediately?
These services require clinic details, provider credentials and integration setup before activation. WhatsApp message rates remain as published; monthly service subscription fees may vary by provider and are confirmed before activation.
Which plan fits my clinic?
Core is SAR 299 for one branch, Connected SAR 499 for up to five, and Managed ERP SAR 699 for up to ten. Prices are monthly before VAT. Compare users, appointments, reporting and ERPNext options on the pricing page.
